This is the start of a beautiful open-concept Modern Kitchen Addition (pop-out) that we built for a local Family.  
J&S Construction was able to expand the home and build a new custom kitchen ontop of this new Concrete foundation. With the Addition of a second sliding door, this kitchen was perfect!  The new back porch became a great place to entertain family and friends   

Sometimes its just that easy!
